Virtual Therapeutic Yoga

This co-facilitated class combines restorative yoga with therapeutic practices to support nervous system regulation
and emotional processing. Participants are guided into restful poses while Kristin Platt, LCSW-R, a licensed therapist, offers tools such as resourcing, tapping, and parts work to support healing and meet you exactly where you are.

What You’ll Need for Class:

This is a deeply supportive, therapeutic practice - so props make a big difference. We’ll be holding poses for several minutes, and the more supported you are, the more your body can truly relax and release.

*Ideal Setup (recommended)

• 1 supportive bolster
• 2 yoga blocks

*Budget-friendly setup

• Firm pillows or a stacked blanket
• 2 blocks or sturdy books

No props? You’re still welcome.

Just know this practice is designed around support. Without it, your body may work harder than intended - so move gently and prioritize comfort.
